Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://erectconstructionde.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Erect Construction reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Services. Erect Construction provides Roofing Contractor, Siding Contractor, Window Repair, Roof Replacement, Siding Installation, Window Installation, Vinyl Siding, Roofing Company and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Erect Construction or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

End of Use. Erect Construction may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Erect Construction makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Limitation. In no event will Erect Construction's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Erect Construction from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by DE law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in DE for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
